DCB has happened

 Stocks

• As expected from last week, past rally was indeed a dcb with TSLA giving back most of its gains.
• Locked in some of my CC profits and opened new ones, q2 deliveries will be announced this weekend and estimates are around 250k ish.
• Trying out 6-8weeks 16 delta short strangle to see how it goes.
• Reducing margin for CCs for good nights of sleep and profits are steadily increasing.

Life

• Got rejected from Tesla SG but it was expected given my experience, there is a difference between an investor and a employee.
• Sat in a M3 and quality is really there with a minimalist approach but ffs forgot to take pics of the car.
• If I cant be an employee, I will be back as a consumer...PKL

Almost 15% for the week

 Stocks

• What a rally week with share price consolidating withing 730s, seems like it was cause by the rebalancing from the Russell index.

• Covered calls seems to be in the money soon and quite likely to get called away next week unless some big fud news appears which I sincerely hope for.

• If next week goes through smoothly, will not take as much leverage for the time being unless necessary.

Life

• Going for something special and looking for a new direction if all works out.
• Need to tone down abit during conversations, stop making attention... PKL

TSLA 9% up for the week

 Stocks

• TSLA rose almost 9% in the past 2days of trading with highs of almost 13% until some fud came in regarding Shanghai renovations and Berlin/Texas losing money as heard from EM interview.
• Have been using some margin to sell CCs and this period really doesn't have any reason for stocks to move up.
• War is still ongoing and countries seeing higher yoy inflation with SG hitting 3.6% yoy for May, demand needs to slow down or supply resumes but unlikely for the second option.
• Oil prices seems to be going down and one part of me hopes prices stay low till things can better.

Life

• Finally finished Top Gun Maverick in the cinemas, even though I expected the scenes already but still good nonetheless
• Going for interview for sales assistant at Tesla SG next Mon, hopeful to see what they offer...PKL

BTC under 20k

 Stocks

• Based on past 2 weeks, market is really on a up down down trend with slow bleed across all stocks including oil n energy. 
• Managed to bring down cost basis for TSLA shares to approx. $729 per share and I will most likely continue to sell cost basis strikes every 2 weeks for cash reserves.
• If share price really becomes attractive, looking at sub $600 will get some there and lower basis if all is in my favor.

Life

• Crypto has fallen below 1T and the top 2 dogs have fallen to prices most would never expect to see and most likely more to fall more assuming SPX hits 3200 which is about 10% more to drop and TSLA to be around $405 😱
• Not easy to be an investor in these periods...PKL

Fed Rate 0.75

 Stocks

• 0.75% fed rate, highest since almost 30years ago but tbh it won't be enough to lower inflation because demand is still too strong and people are still buying despite low supplies
• Market rallied rate announcement but I foresee gains to be gone by end of week

• Closed my call options for lower profits, on hindsight should have closed before announcement as rates were in expectations of estimates
• Taking some leverage at this time by selling naked fortnightly calls at cost basis strike to earn premiums, same as previous to let go of stocks if strike is reached

Life

• Petrol prices are increasing mom with spc at $3.35 per litre but seems like SG people are still spending like no tomorrow 
• Hopefully demand will go down if not its a matter of time before we feel the same as US
• Control emotions and do not do unnecessary moves.. PKL

How big will the recession be in 2022?

 Stocks

• As mentioned in previous post, this person all in on TSLA due to his failed revenge trading and now holds 1017 shares as of 12/6 at cost $754.6 per share. Selling weekly covered calls to earn premiums while waiting for strike to hit $760. 

• S.Price has to remain relatively flat or else premiums will decrease every week. Based on CGS, oil is gonna be $200/barrel and that sucks for most companies.
• CPI was over expectations and market tanked on Fri, this week will be the next fed rate hike again and I'm feeling a rally will happen as long it is expected between 0.5 to 0.75
• Looking at crypto markets, market cap will fall to under 1T in a matter of time and all roads will lead to BTC eventually. What decentralisation, web 3.0 all is BS 

• Although its been a week since trading, the sight of looking at charts is really boring and basically you are fighting against professionals with nothing but hope.
• Nevertheless, never stop trying as things may work out
• If markets really crash then life still has to go on, $2000 a week is still alot of me personally unless I take the gamble of selling next year calls while selling naked weekly calls. 

• Best situation is market rallies and then I sell atm calls for next year. PKL

Trading week 1

 Stocks

• Trading has been quite smooth due to beginners luck for myself,  aim to make at least 100 per day while constantly learning
• More confident towards identifying flags and pennants so best to go for what you know better rather than trying to force unfamiliar patterns out of chart
• There is no limits to trading so rather take it slow n steady and make sure all falls in place before executing the trade
• Identified the wrong triangle yesterday but luckily managed to recoup losses w profits
• KNN ccb, got super blinded by greed and lost almost 10k, looks like I need to relook my strategy.

Life

• MW has recovered from his flu
• Not much events at this point, hope to absorb as much as I can. PKL

9% in a day, whats new?

 Stocks

• As what most expected, the bear rally was short-lived with most stocks going back flat within the week after a strong 4 days rally
• Seems like next week will be worse looking at what CGS/EM says about the inevitable recession coming in the next few months
• Massive FUDs on TSLA even though hiring freeze was mentioned for others but only for TSLA to get whacked

• TBH, dont really expect TSLA to fall to 300 to 400s and if my 665/650 puts get assigned next week so be it

• Have been quite lucky w my trades so far but still feels like gambling at this point in time where predicting moves seems so uncertain

Life

• Stupid boy is getting better from his flu and random peeings are lesser which is good news
• People like Daniel n ML are just one kind, no substance. Only know how to critic people based on their valuation models, they seek joy from TSLA price going down which I dk why. Fk them 
• Funded 100k for mutual trading fund, losses are halved if worst case scenario
• Petrol has increased price again from 3.16 to 3.22/L, PKL...

Trading Lyfe

 Stocks

• Starting day 2 of trading, trying to absorb what I can from videos but it is tough no doubt esp doing live trading and using options vs swinging shares
• Aim to identify patterns and candle stick formations to familiarize myself, its like trying to draw something out of thin air to predict the next movement
• Hopefully things will work out from KF and I start getting some gains

Life

• Went for dinner with poly clique at their workplace, food was good and quite eye opening for a first timer like myself
• Pics cant do justice for the food and total damage was 115 per person but definitely enjoyable
• Mario Wang is down w flu since 29/5 .. PKL
