• Bought CFA reit after looking at div but turns out to be the wrong calculation using Beansprout yield.
• Supposedly to be more than 6.2% at time of purchase, looking at current year distribution which is significantly lower than 2023.
• After some sums using q4 distribution to be the same as q3, total yield is only at 5.58% which is bad compared to banks.
• I guess it's the expense ratio shit and I think will slowly drip and dca every 10c down.
• The reason behind purchase was due to the quarterly payments like DBS and its spread out more evenly in 2 5 8 11.
• Definitely lesser price appreciation but diversification is there.
• For US markets, NVDA beat earnings but not as big as previous few quarters. Stock actually sold down after earnings for the first time not seen.
• Got into AMZN and alittle more of MSFT, CRWD and NVDA.
• Received 9.3K from DBS on Mon, saw the BBs in IN with their crazy amount of div.
• Made some changes, will be updating PF P/L numbers every last Sat of each month instead of every 2weeks.

• Booked and cancelled IPPT last minute due to some miscomms, perhaps would have an extra $200 this week should I went.
• Feels like something wrong with left shoulder when doing pull ups.
• Is it something wrong when doing push up?
• Plan to do planks every night before sleep, 2 minutes every day is still better than nothing imo.
• Going for 7th mth dinner thanks to invite from relative.
• Received QC for watch after so long, looks like will only get the stuff next time.
• Good thing is COL payment and new redmi phone will be here as well.
• Trader fren gave early extension for upcoming month so 2x in the next month...pkl
