Stoks
- Fking sold at the bottom of 328 only to see rebound to 350s.
- Lucky for PLTR to offset the losses but still fk that stock, will never touch it again.
- NVDA started to trend higher, MIT got downgraded by JPM and stock crashed almost 5% for the week.
- DBS reported earnings on Mon, results didn't beat Q3 fantastically due to "seasonally slower wealth management activity."
- Full year income profit increased to 11.4B from 10.3B, roe still same at 18%.
- Special divided of 60c to be paid over next 4 payouts, div increase to 60c from 54c.
- At 2.84B shares outstanding, payout ratio will increase to around 60% based on 2024 income of 11.3B.
- Still very healthy in terms of CET, even with $3 spread out for 2025, PO ratio will be 64%.
- Assuming both income and payout to increase at 10% per year, all is good.
- Sold MIT, MSFT, NETLINK and TSLA this week, added SOFI, RDDT, GOOG and more DBS and OCBC.
- Same for TBL account, sold AREIT, MIT and added DBS and OCBC.
- CPI data came in higher as well, inflation is going up and higher for longer. No cuts for 2025 maybe.
- Just going to continue buying more if NVDA crashes on 26th Feb, BTC is bloddy resilient, IBIT prices cannot go below 53 for now.
