- Compared to last week, both SPY n QQQ gained while TSLA stayed flat due to the mismatch of expectations for Investor' Day.
- Most were expecting a cheaper model or something to be revealed but turns out it was just them trying to say how they were gonna make the environment better.
- Personally, I found this to be good.
- Sold all of OCBC and DBS in order to fund my entire US portfolio.
- Based on amount on a 7% return annually, weekly premiums have to be around 890 USD which imo is easy to achieve.
- Put another 100K into TV but if rates become unattractive, will move them out for premiums farming.
- Portfolio went down by another 3K SGD but I'm confident to earn at least 2K USD per week from hereby after.
Est value of PF stands at 1024K after including recent 120k TV transfer, 3k due to FX rates.
Life
- Went for climbing friend's wedding, will have another one at end of the month at Sentosa, money gone liao.
- Turns out life policy bought was in fact an ILP, will probably surrender it in the days to come.
- Gonna get them racks.
- Bangkok trip next thurs...pkl
