TSLA hit 285 but managed to close at 281

 Stoks

  • From last Fri's close at 274.43, TSLA went on a shallow V bounce for this week, gaining 1.82% vs 2.53% SPY and 3.6% QQQ tbh an underperform for a 2 beta stock.
  • Managed to buy some at 269 and 267 bringing total holdings to 300@ $268.71.
  • Options profit for this week came to around 4.8K USD which was higher than usual due to selling slightly atm puts.
  • But CPI/PPI came in better than expected and caused USD to weaken among the other big currencies including SGD. Almost 3% depre in this week alone.
  • Ended up with a lower pf value as premiums couldn't cover the fx rate.
  • Current holdings stand at approx 15% stock allocation, will be looking to purchase if prices are good. If not, dca to SG banks just as a diversification.
  • Hoping USD will strengthen in the following weeks, 28 more days to last premium to be paid for 2023.
  • TSLA earnings is happening on Wed, imo won't be able to beat and share price will probably go down to 250s. Deliveries beat happened due to unexpected thus bulls expecting a beat should face a borderline beat/fail.
  • Sold 4 puts each at 257.5/255 and 2 at 262.5, leaving 455K to sell on.

Up-ed 4.8K RG and 3.9 URG but thanks to fx rate...

Life

  • Ironically feeling better towards PD, bloody delivery is take so long compared to previous orders.
  • Went to check out Decathlon shoes but tmd sole is hard af, compared to the usual pair of climbing shoes, the difference is massive....pkl
