 Stoks

• Sold out of entire holdings on Tues and converted entire USD cash into SGD at 1.3395 only to see it slowly creep up to 1.356 as of writing.
• Would have gotten at least 5K more SGD if were to slowly convert, no luck.
• Bought into reits after much consideration, since US is expensive while SG reits although lower yields than banks, have chance for Cap Appre.
• Mainly CFA as the reit etf yielding approx 6% as of current price.
• Bought into A17U, J69U, M44U and ME8U as well, all at least 5.6% yield pa.
• Currently vested 48% and remaining 52% in MMF earning $40 per day.
• Set some limit prices for the individual reits and will DCA accordingly for CFA.
• Btc daily DCA as per usual, $20 per day.
