Stoks
- Took profits for TSLA this week and received around 500+ USD, still better than nothing.
- CPI data came in on Thur, beat expectations of 3.1% and SG reits rallied even before data was released at 8.30pm.
- Lower CPI data but actual prices are still so much higher than few years ago, just cherry picking data to justify good leadership from Biden.
- As what a youtuber said, the data was probably leaked beforehand to BB thus they made their moves before everyone.
- HK and SG reits/developers all did a massive pump in the last two days of this week due to higher expectations of rate cut this Sep.
- But nothing is still confirmed until the man himself makes the announcement.
- DBS closed at ath of 38.38 although like previous week sold down on the last day but overall still closed 51c higher at 37.93
- Closed other CSP plays, while setting daily DCA of 150 or 3K monthly for QQQM. May continue option plays on QQQ due to its liquidity.
- Assuming all else the same, will be able to DCA for at least a full year before depletion.
- Bought 200 DBS this week avr around 37.53, take as weekly DCA and plan to drip dividends back into holdings to lock profits.
US P/L 267633.48
SG P/L 84267.45
Up-ed approx 8.33K SGD from higher close of banks
Ath closed for the week.
313029.74 SGD, redeemed some for DCA
1.3373 USD FX, DXY fell due to expected future cuts.
May be good to accumulate some USD
Bought into QQQM for lower ER
Kept QQQ cause no sense to sell
63.6% Banks
9.47% US Tech
26.8% Cash
Life
- Went for IPT on Thurs, the $23 is really harder to earn compared to 3years ago and max attempts of 10 sessions.
- Nevertheless, still better to get paid while doing the same stuff.
- 6th and 7th payment to be received from trader friend by end of the next Mon, hope he took opportunity of the TSLA breakout and not play stunt again.
- Received 4 shorts bought from Shopee, cost around $4+, hopefully they are of decent quality.
- Ordered mosquito net as well, need to replace the previous net which was placed almost 4 years ago...pkl
