• What a bloddy scam manipulation by the US market.
• QQQM up almost 6% since last Fri's closing price and most of the tech stocks except GOOG increased by at least 10%.
• NVDA took the lead from 92 to almost 124, looks like AI trend still very hyped.
• CPI was "better" and "more" retail spending for the previous month but did it justified such big pumps from the market?
• Anyway, good that it spilled over to Asian markets and my biggest 2 holdings up 5.9% and 0.5% not including ex div amount which has already been bought back in by BB.
• Feels like due to confirmed rate cuts next month which will bring down attractiveness of MMF and other safer yields.
• Better to lock in 6+% yields before gone, slight regret on ME8U but oh well.
• Thankfully didn't wait too long for DBS entry if not would have slapped myself hard in the face.
• Took discount from DBS and bought more QQQM and GOOG for IBKR.
• Had some small issues with IBKR but glad that it was resolved within 1day.
• DRIP upcoming CDs from DBS n OCBC back into portfolio, since its not part of initial capital so will be able to add at least 800 DBS and 600 OCBC every year.
• Cash still at 26% after 30K was took out into IBKR for monthly DCA, may look back into US options for additional premiums over there.
• Meanwhile just wait for dividends and continue with dca/drip plans.

• Received payment from trader fren after giving him a remainder at 9pm on collection date.
• Met up with kitchen fren and went to Scaled, not too bad of an experience and the mussels were the highlight. 
• The rest were so-so tbh but at least they took the effort to introduce the preparation of each dish.
• Have been seeing frequent XXQs, likely to have a nest nearby but given the amount of stuff hoarded, hard to determine.
• Bought the bait and laid around the house, thought everything was good when no sightings on 2nd day but subsequent days had sightings again.
• Hope to see lesser and lesser each day.
• 5 more years to getting a 3rm resale hdb, bloody long wait to go. Priced out of condo but can't do anything much about it.
• Good for sister that she will be able to get a place on her own soon next year...pkl
