- Strong 1st for markets as Trump was officially 2nd time president on Mon.
- Somehow he made many new millionaires from his TRUMP coin, from 0.2 to highs of 90.
- Solana also reached ath of 293 before coming back down.
- Bought back into LINK REIT after prices became more attractive, went abit too heavy in the start but total % is still small compared to banks.
- Bought 5 TSLA at 410 and another 1000 shares of CFA for div.
- Still left with 8.33% for cash holdings, planning to buy reits unless banks do a big dip.

- Ended ICT after 2 weeks, bloody fast this time.
- Surprisingly lower pay this time round but fk it.
- Went for car servicing and spent almost $600 but managed to pass Vicom inspection on the first try.
- CNY next week, time to collect angpows for a jobless 31yo.
