• Decent week for STI but DBS managed to reclaim 50 as of latest closing.
• Dk the reason but will gladly take it, no complains.
• Bought more Taxi and started a tiny tiny position in Propnex just to see how irrational BBs can go.
• Went back to Link reits but just a small 3K position when it dipped to 41s.
• Joined TBL Hrnet, got further convinced by TFI on InvestNote based on their latest earnings.
• May go in for more should prices be attractive, CHZ will ex div on following Mon so most likely to get a little more.
• US markets had some pullbacks in mid week but didn't managed to hold so most recovered but still lower than my selling price on Mon.
• JP went for his last meeting at Jackson Hole, according to him he may be sort of forced to cut in Sep due to bad jobs data and not from Trump pressure.
• Even with inflation risk, employment seems to be more important, hopes tarifflation to be 1 time.
• Somehow markets loved this news despite it being repeated over and over again.
• Anyway managed to DCA more into IBIT in the past few days, same for TBL, converted all MSFT into IBIT.
• US prints, BTC stays. Simple logic. Good to be able to get some premiums from it since quantum is more manageable.
• Got some Taxi for TBL as well. 
• Generally speaking, Reits may further rally on Mon besides other counters who can borrow cheaper should benefit. Banks hard to say.
• Cleared TBL reits and used funds for more IBIT CSP. Likely to get higher yield.
• DBS and Taxi div to be paid next week, nothing much in SG markets.

• Another day, another rolex. This time saw the listing from 7Watches for this naked sub but turns out just a false listing.
• Store even looks to have closed down, went around The Bencoolen hunting for 16610.
• Prior to that, managed to compare 16622 and 16610 but latter wears better due to colour.
• Somehow found a F serial at 11K after discount, w box cert MDG booklet and 1 red tag.
• Boss son did not hesitate to bring price down by $500, that watch may have been there for some time based on listing.
• Generally still quite happy with purchase since no rolex collection is done wo an OG sub.
• This will definitely be the end of my journey. Will hold till 35 first and see how the hobby goes.
• May sell to fund HDB purchase by then.
• MW recovered in time to go for cousin's wedding last Sun and so far has fully recovered...pkl
