• Finally a cut of 0.25% from the Fed, reits had some pullback since this was priced in and also news of potentially 2 more cuts this year.
• US stocks continue to get pushed up, even though the cut was expected. Fking irrational at this point, like just bs.
• Oh well, that's the thing it never make sense.
• Sold my remaining SG stocks and bought more LINK reit as it becomes a falling knife.
• Have to slow down the DCA at the moment, feels like I'm buying too hastily. 
• Officially lose YTD performance to QQQ based on numbers but still barely beating it thanks to lower depreciation of the USD.
• However, if BBs decide to fk DBS down, then the gap will slowly close towards the end of the year.
• Like last Fri, DBS got dumped towards the end of the day and each also tally around to almost 1.5%.
• Bought back SE and RDDT to hold and increased strike price for IBIT CSP.
• USD is magically going up despite the cut, as usual doesn't make sense.
• Really starting to have the feel to restart my portfolio and just do a 80/20 MMF XLK option play.
• But that would mean alot more monitoring compared to current div play.
• So far still having 5% into MMF/IBIT option plays for active income.
• Cash flow is the most important, all else second.

• Going for 7th month dinner later, this time without car and probably in the future.
• Plan to set a 2m target before potentially getting a next 2nd hand car, maybe...
• Happening week for MW, didn't get to shit in the rainy morning. Thought he cleared his shit from his evening walk.
• Woke up to him being uneasy and turns out he tabouleh tahan and pang sai on the tor ka poh.
• Just nice sister decide to stay in her new house else he will pang in her room.
• Lesson learnt twice a day, compulsory.
